Amazing Arms and Abs
Taught at McHenry County College, Crystal Lake, IL
Get more defined biceps, triceps, stronger shoulders and upper back, as well as strengthen, define, and tone the abdominals and glutes, using bodyweight exercises, light weights and yoga posses. By the end of our five-week session, if you do the work, you'll see the full-body difference. Class will include a warm up and cool down. Please bring a yoga-type mat and a set of light (2 to 6 lb) dumbbells.
